2.1 We collect the information we need to open an account, run our business efficiently and protect your assets and your privacy. To do this, we collect information to help us assess your needs and preferences.
2.2 The information we collect directly from you includes information necessary to contact you, including your name, postal address, telephone number, email address and to identify you. We also collect demographic information when you open an account, including your date of birth, education, occupation, etc., as well as information about your trades with us. We also evaluate your trading experience, your approximate annual income and approximate net profit to assess your financial situation.

We use personal information only when necessary to provide you with quality services and to keep you safe. For example, we may use the information we collect from you to verify your identity and contact details. We may also use this information to create and set up your trading account, issue an account number and strong password, keep your account active and contact you for relevant account information. This information helps us to improve our services to you, tailor your browsing experience and inform you of additional products, services or promotions that may be of interest to you.

Our affiliates and partners
We may share information with affiliates as necessary to provide a product or service you have requested or to enable you to participate in products or services offered by our affiliates. We may also form partnerships and alliances, which may include co-marketing agreements, with other companies that offer high quality products and services that may be of benefit to our customers. It may also be processed by employees outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. We may also provide one party with customer information from our database to help us analyse and identify customer needs and to notify them of product and service offerings. The use of the information provided is strictly limited to fulfilling the task we have requested and for no other purpose. All third parties with whom we share personal information are required to protect it in the same way we protect personal information.

Safety
6.1 All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. If we have given you (or you have chosen) a password that allows you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask that you do not share your password with anyone.
6.2 Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. Whilst we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we will use strict procedures and safeguards to prevent unauthorised access.

If at any time you decide to purchase a product or service offered by another company, any personal information you have shared with that company will no longer be controlled under our Privacy Statement. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of the sites to which we link, and we do not control the use or protection of information provided by you or collected by those sites. If you choose to link to a co-branded website or a linked website, you may be asked to provide registration or other information. Marketing
8.1 We may use your data to provide you with information about our goods and services that may be of interest to you and we or our agents may contact you by post and telephone.
8.2 If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (such as email, voicemail or SMS) with information about our goods and services similar to those that were the subject of a previous sale to you.
8.3 If you do not want us to use your data in this way, tick the appropriate boxes when we collect information about your marketing preferences. You can change your preferences at any time by contacting a customer service representative. An opt-out decision made by one joint account holder applies to all joint account holders. An opt-out must be made for each individual account you hold with us.

Use of ‘cookies’
9.1 We use cookies to help us secure your trading activities and to improve the performance of our website. (Cookies are small text files sent from a web server to your computer.) The cookies we use do not contain any personal information or account or password information. They simply allow the site to recognise that a page request is coming from someone who is already logged in to the site.
9.2 We may share information about website visitors with reputable advertising companies to target banner adverts on this and other websites. Pixel tags (also called clear gifs or web beacons) may be used for this purpose to mark the pages you visit. The information collected by the advertising company using these pixel tags is not personally identifiable.

Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. We may charge a fee for this, which will not exceed €5.00. You also have the right to access your data, to correct any inaccuracies in the information we hold about you, the right to object to the use of your data and the right to block any specific use of your data by submitting a request in writing to AISMENT.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. If we make changes to this Privacy Statement, the revised Privacy Statement will be promptly posted on the website and we will post a notice on our website informing you of such changes. You agree to accept the posting of the revised Privacy Statement electronically on the website as actual notice to you. Any dispute regarding our Privacy Statement is governed by this notice and our Customer Agreement. We encourage you to review this Statement periodically so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and to whom we disclose it. Refund Policy

Confidentiality clause
Refund and cancellation policy: The Company covers its trades automatically based on a mathematical calculation of risk. The Company has the right to cancel any trade made outside of the automatic calculation for any reason it decides, regardless of type or position. Arbitrage trading / scalping trading methods are not accepted in any form and will be treated as an illegal trade.
Example of refunds: The customer is entitled to a full refund of their unused funds, in case the customer loses their funds, no refund of these funds will be made and the company will not be held liable. In order to receive a refund, the client needs to submit a complete KYC documentation package. Once these documents are received, we will process the request and the company will start the refund process to the same deposit method that was originally specified by the customer, within 7 days excluding the transfer fee.
