Refund Policy

AISMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) strives to ensure that each Client is satisfied with the quality of services provided. Therefore, in order to prevent disagreements with Clients, we have developed this Refund Policy, which is an integral part of the Client Agreement:

1. If the Company receives a request for a refund on any transaction, the Company reserves the right to block the Client’s current balance by the amount of the refund pending the outcome of the proceedings on the matter and send the funds back after payment of all necessary fees and commissions. Any costs, fees and commissions associated with the refund shall be at the Client’s expense.

2. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to issue refunds on Client payments received through any payment system, including credit/debit cards, with one day’s notice to the Client. In this case, the funds will be returned to the same payment source from which they were received.

3 If the Client used a bank transfer to replenish the Client’s Account, the Company reserves the right to refuse to credit the funds received by bank transfer to the Company’s Account with a payment purpose different from that specified in the Company’s invoice, as well as if the transfer was made by a third party on behalf of the Client. In this case, the Company is obliged to return the funds to the bank account from which they were transferred. All expenses related to the return of such transfer shall be paid at the Client’s expense.

4. In case of receipt of payment to the Client’s account from the bank card of a third party, the funds shall be returned to the same bank card from which the account was replenished. All expenses related to such return shall be paid at the expense of the Customer or such third party.

5. If there are reasonable grounds to believe or suspect that the origin of the Client’s funds and the Client’s entire activity in general is contrary to the AML and KYC Policy or any terms of the Client Agreement and all its integral parts or any legal requirements, etc., the Company reserves the right to unilaterally refuse to credit/withdraw funds from the Client’s Accounts in the Company’s systems, freeze such assets, block the Client’s Account, cancel any payments made and/or refund such funds. The Client shall reimburse the Company for direct and indirect losses/damages incurred by the Company as a result of the above actions.

6. In case the Company reasonably qualifies any actions of the Client as suspicious, inappropriate and/or contrary to the usual purpose of using the Company’s services, where there is direct or indirect, abusive or bad faith intent, the Company reserves the right to act in accordance with this Cashback Policy without prior notice to the Client. In such cases, the Client shall reimburse the Company for direct and indirect losses/damages and expenses incurred by the Company as a result of the Client’s said actions.

7. The Company will not indemnify the Customer for any reason whatsoever.

8. The Client may request in writing for a refund of funds credited to the Client’s account, provided that the Client has not made any trading or other transactions since the funds were credited to the Client’s account for more than 14 days. The Company will return any funds to the same payment source from which they were credited to the Client’s account within a reasonable period of time. The refund may be made directly to the Client who deposited the funds into the Client’s Account. All expenses related to such refund shall be at the Client’s expense. Refunds will be made in full unless otherwise agreed. All other requests will be treated as withdrawal requests and will be processed using normal methods and procedures.

9. In the event of any abuse or fraud by the Client in relation to any Company policy, the Company reserves the right to reject the Client’s request for a refund.

10. The refund request must be submitted by the Customer with the following information:
1. FULL NAME.
2. Account number.
3. Country of residence.
4. Currency used.
5. Amount of monetary reimbursement requested.
6. Method of payment.

11. This refund policy is intended to inform Customers that the Company will only issue refunds in the cases listed above.

12. The Company reserves the right to change the refund policy at its discretion without.
