What teams ask before getting started

Yes. AIsment only shows the company aggregated data: scores, KPIs, trends, percentages, and areas for improvement. The master user can see completion status, but not the individual answers associated with an employee. This helps people respond more freely and allows the company to work with reliable data, without turning the assessment into a tool for individual monitoring.

Very little. AIsment is designed not to slow work down: each employee completes their assessment in just a few minutes, with simple guided questions. No documents to prepare, no technical tasks to perform.

It measures how much AI is truly under control in the company: rules, tools in use, data management, output quality, and security. AIsment turns employee responses into a clear score, KPIs, and areas for improvement, so you understand where AI is creating value, where it is generating risk, and which actions to activate immediately.

No. AIsment is designed specifically for non-technical teams. The questions are simple, guided, and tied to real situations: use of AI tools, shared data, team skills, risks, and good practices. You do not need to know technology, models, or regulations: the platform translates everything into a clear score and understandable actions for making business decisions.
