Access to and use of the AI Maturity Assessment service implies acceptance of these Terms. The service is intended for assessment and preliminary advisory purposes and does not constitute any guarantee of results or future performance.

Information provided by the user must be accurate and up to date. Aisment is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete data, or from misinterpretation of assessment results.

All generated content, reports and analyses remain the intellectual property of Aisment, unless otherwise agreed contractually. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of materials is prohibited.

Aisment reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time for technical or security reasons, with notice where possible. For requests or communications: info@aisment.com.
