This notice describes how personal data collected through the AI Maturity Assessment service is processed. Aisment acts as data processor for activities related to request handling and communications with users.

Data provided by users (for example name, email, phone, company details and other voluntarily shared information) is used to respond to demo requests, send service communications, and deliver the requested service. Processing is carried out according to lawfulness, fairness and transparency principles, using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

Data may be processed by external service providers for email and IT infrastructure, appointed as data processors according to applicable regulations. Personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

Data subjects may exercise rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by contacting support at info@aisment.com.
